A float tank is a small shallow pool filled with water nearly saturated with Epsom salt, so you float completely effortlessly. The tank is kept warm, body temperature, and it's enclosed so it's completely dark and quiet. It's completely relaxing.

We are the largest and oldest float center in Metro Boston, with four tanks. Our mission is to offer float therapy for wellness and stress relief. Let it go.

About Floating

letting go (lack of effort)
Don’t “try” to do anything in the tank, don't push something to happen, don't expect something to happen: it happens on its own. Let it go.

Orientation

Please watch our orientation video to learn what you'll need to know when you float.
