Cryotherapy & cryo fogging
Targeted cold firms the skin, calms surface inflammation, and activates tissue so it responds better to everything that follows. A cooling fog then extends the effect with a fine mist that feels light and soothing — never harsh. Most clients describe it as cold but invigorating.
Lymphatic massage
A smaller applicator works targeted areas to smooth fine lines and reduce puffiness, then a larger applicator promotes full lymphatic flow across broader areas. Rhythmic, relaxing, and grounding — like tension melting away as the skin is smoothed and contoured.
Dead Sea mask & massage chair

Contouring
Body contouring with localized cryotherapy is a simple, non-invasive way to target stubborn fat and help your body reshape itself naturally. Controlled cold triggers your body's own fat-burning and skin-tightening response — no needles, no drugs, no recovery time. The fat is frozen, then naturally eliminated through your lymphatic system, removing it for good while converting stored fat into energy.
Most people see a significant reduction in their body weight, waistline, and a more toned, sculpted fit — particularly with our structured 6-week program. Unlike GLP-1 medications, results stay put without ongoing injections.
The science behind it
Fat cells are uniquely sensitive to cold. Unlike skin, muscle, and nerve tissue — which are resilient to short bursts of cold — fat cells respond by entering a process called cold-induced apoptosis, or programmed cell death. This selective response is why cold can reduce fat tissue without affecting surrounding structures, when applied correctly and precisely.
Fat freeze spray
Our strongest spray gets deep into the fat, freezing it in its tracks. We work in small areas, 30 seconds at a time. It feels cold at first — then most people feel little to no discomfort within seconds. This is the step that does the heavy lifting.
Collagen fog
A collagen-building fog tightens skin as we go — so as the fat reduces, the skin firms up with it. No loose skin. Just as cold as the spray, but it doesn't penetrate as deeply. This step is what gives body contouring its sculpted finish.
Lymphatic massage
Our cryotherapy lymphatic massager pushes the crystallized fat through your lymphatic system so your body can eliminate it naturally. Most people say it feels like cold butter. Slow, rhythmic, and surprisingly relaxing.
Power Plate
The final step flushes out what the massage couldn't. The Power Plate vibration accelerates lymphatic drainage and completes the elimination process. Total treatment time is about 30 minutes, then you're free to go.
Your part in this
For best results, come in for at least 6 sessions, 5–7 days apart. Eat well and try to stay active — even a few walks a week makes a difference. You can even use our Power Plate between sessions. The treatment does the work; consistency locks it in.

Our commitment to training
Most wellness centers that offer cryotherapy receive minimal instruction — often limited to device setup and basic operation. We chose a different path. Before offering cryotherapy to our community, we closed for an entire day and flew in a master trainer for hands-on, in-person instruction. Every protocol, placement, safety check, and adjustment was practiced and refined under expert guidance. That investment ensures every session is precise, intentional, and held to the highest standard of care.
