Welcome to the Osaki Experience
As you settle into the Osaki Duo Pro Max SE, your body is being supported and mapped in real time. The chair’s dual massage mechanisms work together—one focusing on deep spinal muscles, the other addressing surface tension—creating a layered experience that feels intentional rather than mechanical. The slow, controlled movements help signal your nervous system to relax, allowing your body to shift out of holding patterns and into release.
The stretching, compression, and heat you feel are designed to improve circulation, encourage mobility, and help muscles let go of long-held tension. As the session continues, many people notice the chair seems to adapt to their body, responding where support is needed most. That sensation is no accident—it’s the result of technology designed not just to help you relax, but to remind your body what true relaxation feels like.
Starting
The chair will put you into a full body massage by default. This is perfect for most people to enjoy, especially on their first massage.
You can always stop the massage with the off button on the bottom left corner of the screen.
Basic Controls
Auto – Filters through auto programs. The Thai Massage is a yoga stretch but it gets intense.
4D – Makes the massage stronger or lighter.
Upper & Lower Air – Makes the upper airbags stronger or lighter (lower controls foot strength)
Basic Controls
Back & Core Heat turns heaters on or off
O2 – Ionized air on or off
Turn the knobs on the right side to adjust feet, legs, body position, etc.
There is full manual control but it is more advanced.
AI Sensor
On the left push the arrow under settings and go to “health”. Put your left index or middle finger in the sensor. Then with your left hand push “Start”. The chair will reset, and test your vitals. When its finishes push “start” and it gives you the perfect massage based on your stress index.
App Control
Bluetooth
Go to your bluetooth settings and find the Osaki chair. Connect to it and play your own music from your phone.
Room Wifi
Find Float Boson’s Wifi, and our password is “cryoandfloat”.
