Targeted cryotherapy delivers controlled cold to the treatment area, creating an immediate tightening and refreshing sensation. Most clients describe it as cold but invigorating, with a quick return to warmth as circulation increases. We use this step to help firm the skin, calm surface inflammation, and activate the tissue so it responds better to the steps that follow.

Cryo Fogging

The cooling fog gently blankets the skin with a fine mist of cold air, extending the benefits of cryotherapy without direct contact. It feels light, soothing, and refreshing—never harsh. This step helps evenly distribute the cooling effect, enhance skin tightening, and create a smooth transition into deeper treatment, improving comfort and overall results.

Step 2

Lymphatic Massage

Focused Lymphatic Massage
This step uses a smaller applicator to gently massage targeted areas, helping move fluid and smooth fine lines. The sensation is rhythmic and relaxing, often compared to lightly ironing out wrinkles beneath the skin. We use this focused approach to refine details, reduce puffiness, and encourage a more sculpted, polished look.

Full Lymphatic Massage
The larger applicator works across broader areas to promote full lymphatic flow and deeper relaxation. It feels slow, soothing, and grounding—like tension melting away as the skin is smoothed and refreshed. This step helps flush buildup, improve contour, and create a more even, firm appearance, enhancing the overall results of the treatment.

Step 3

MASK & MASSAGE

Mineral Mask

This step features a Dead Sea mud mask infused with argan oil, jojoba oil, and shea butter to deeply nourish and refine the skin. Rich in natural minerals, the mask helps draw out impurities, reduce the appearance of fine lines, and support a clearer, more even complexion. As it sets, you’ll feel a gentle tightening sensation—signaling the skin is being refreshed, smoothed, and replenished.

Massage

While you let the mask settle, take 20 minutes in our luxury massage chair. Salt lamps illuminate the room, while gentle music plays in the background while your entire body is massaged for a full 2o minutes in zero gravity. You’ll feel as good as you look when you come out. If you ever do.

Step 4

Lock it in

Moisturize & Seal
We finish with a Retinol B3 Serum formulated with retinol, niacinamide (vitamin B3), and hyaluronic acid to help smooth fine lines, improve skin tone, and support visible firmness. Jojoba seed oil and vitamin E nourish the skin while helping reduce dryness, allowing the retinol to work without feeling harsh or heavy.

This is followed by a bee venom–infused moisturizer enriched with royal jelly, shea butter, vitamin B5, and vitamin E. The bee venom creates a gentle, tightening sensation that helps minimize the appearance of wrinkles, while deeply hydrating ingredients plump the skin and lock in moisture. This final step seals the treatment, leaving the skin smooth, hydrated, and visibly refreshed with a healthy, lifted glow.

Collagen Shot (Finish & Nourish)
The experience concludes with a collagen shot formulated with collagen types I & III, vitamin C, hyaluronic acid, biotin, and propolis extract. This blend supports skin hydration, elasticity, and collagen production from within, complementing the external work done during the treatment. Ingredients like honey, strawberry juice, and cinnamon make it easy to enjoy while antioxidants and nutrients help support healthy skin, hair, and nails—finishing the session feeling refreshed, nourished, and glowing inside and out.

That repetition built an instinctive understanding of placement, timing, and adjustment—at this point, the Kaasen feels like an extension of my arm. I’ve personally tested every treatment we offer, so each session is guided not just by protocol, but by experience, intuition, and craft.

Before offering cryotherapy to our community, we closed for an entire day and flew in a master trainer for hands-on, in-person instruction. Every protocol, placement, safety check, and adjustment was practiced and refined under expert guidance. Before I came into Float Boston I ran a small mobile cryotherapy business called Nordic Freeze. Clients would call me, and I’d do treatments in their home, at hockey games, soccer tournaments, gyms, wellness spas, etc. And we’re still doing it!
