By accessing our website, booking an appointment, or purchasing any service, package, membership, gift card, or product from us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. 

Appointments & Services

  • Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to a $25 fee, missed appointments (“no-shows”), are non-refundable and will be charged in full.

  • Services are non-refundable once rendered.

  • If a service cannot be completed due to equipment or operational issues on our end, a reschedule or service credit will be provided.


Single Sessions

  • All single sessions are final sale and non-refundable once purchased.

  • Sessions may be rescheduled with 24 hours’ notice.


Packages, Memberships & Promotions

  • Packages, memberships, introductory offers, and promotional pricing are non-refundable.

  • Sessions included in packages or memberships must be used within the stated terms and do not roll over unless explicitly stated.

  • Unused sessions are not refundable due to non-use.

  • Membership benefits and discounted rates apply only during the active billing period.


Gift Cards

  • Gift cards are final sale and non-refundable.

  • Gift cards do not expire and may be redeemed toward eligible services or products.

  • Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash, returned, or replaced if lost or stolen.

  • Promotional or bonus-value gift cards may include usage restrictions disclosed at purchase.


Cryotherapy & Specialty Services

  • Cryotherapy and specialty services are non-refundable once administered.

  • If a session cannot be completed due to equipment issues on our end, a reschedule or service credit will be issued.


Retail Products

  • Unopened and unused retail items may be returned within 7 days of purchase for a full refund.

  • Opened, used, or damaged items are final sale.


Sales, Clearance & Discounted Items

  • All items marked as sale, clearance, discounted, or promotional are final sale.

  • Sale items are not eligible for refunds, returns, exchanges, or price adjustments.


Bundles & Complimentary Services

  • Complimentary or bundled services have no cash value, may not be separated, and are non-refundable.

  • If a bundled service cannot be provided due to operational issues, a service credit may be issued at our discretion.


Medical or Emergency Exceptions

  • Documented medical or emergency situations may be considered for a one-time courtesy reschedule at management’s discretion.

  • Courtesy accommodations are not guaranteed and do not constitute a refund.


Agreement to Terms

By booking an appointment or purchasing any service, package, gift card, or product, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions and Refund & Cancellation Policy.


Medical Disclaimer

Our services are not medical treatments and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Services are provided for general wellness purposes only.

Clients should consult a physician before participating in any service if they have medical concerns, are pregnant, or have pre-existing conditions.


Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual for safety, health, behavioral, or operational reasons, including failure to follow facility policies or staff instructions.


Policy Changes

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website and will apply to all future bookings and purchases.
