If for any reason you cannot attend a scheduled float time, please contact us at booking@floatboston.com or by phone at 844-44-FLOAT. We will be happy to help you reschedule, or (if the appointment time is more than 24 hours away) to refund any deposit paid.

Please be aware that FLOAT reserves the right to charge for appointments cancelled less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time.
